  • Rates: July $140 per night/dbl occupancy
  • Graduating down to $85 per night/dbl occupancy in the dead of winter
  • Please call our toll free number for current rates
  • Peak of season rates are reasonable for beautiful river and "in-town" accommodations.
  • Shoulder season rates will be lower than most hotel/motel rates with more comfortable accommodations.
  • Check-in time during peak season will be 5:00 PM until 9 PM. Check-out time 11 AM -12 PM (or please advise if a different time is needed.)
  • Please book early, especially for July, as there are not that many B & B's on the river
  • Your credit card number (Visa or Master Card, will hold the reservation)
  • Your reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival; otherwise you will be charged for the first nights lodging.
  • Normal check in time is between 5 PM and 10 PM
  • Check out time is before noon.
  • Please call ahead to advise if your arrival time will change.
Location:

Gulls Landing is approximately 147 very scenic driving miles from Anchorage (about 3 hours). Hourly flights are available from Anchorage (30 minute flight) and then only 11 miles from the Kenai Airport. Rental cars are available in both cities.

NOTE: E. Redoubt is between Great Bear Ford and Williams Service Station. Follow a shortway and you'll see a road on the right to Swiftwater Park Camp Ground. Just before the gate to the park you will see Lingonberry Lane on the right.
